Refund policy

At Pauraprints, each piece is created specifically for your order through our print production partners. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly help resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@pauraprints.store

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a short period after purchase before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Color & Appearance

Please note that slight variations in color may occur between on-screen previews and printed products due to monitor settings and printing processes.
